Privacy Policy

This policy explains how DiyalogPilot processes data relating to website visitors, applicants, customer accounts, phone-assistant connections, and Meta or WhatsApp Business connections.

1. Data controller

The data controller is TARENSO TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, operator of the DiyalogPilot service. Privacy requests can be sent to diyalogpilot@diyalogpilot.com or tarensoteknoloji@hs01.kep.tr.

2. Information that may be processed

Identity, contact, business, billing, account-role, service-setting, support, security, call metadata and, where configured and lawfully notified, call recordings or transcripts, message, usage, quota, and payment-result records may be processed. A Meta connection may provide business portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account and phone identity, display phone number, authorization and link status, message events, and operational logs. DiyalogPilot does not receive the user's Facebook password. The phone channel uses the customer's number and connectivity from an authorized carrier; Tarenso does not sell a number or carrier service.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to establish and perform the service, authorize and secure the business-selected Meta account, route messages to the correct workspace, manage billing and support, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Processing relies on the applicable contract, legal obligation, protection of rights, or legitimate-interest basis; separate consent is requested where law requires it.

4. Transfers, security, and retention

Data may be shared as required with hosting, email, AI, the authorized carrier selected by the customer, Meta/WhatsApp, iyzico, and legally authorized recipients. Applicable international transfer safeguards are followed. Access references and provider tokens are encrypted where applicable. Records are restricted to their service, security, financial, evidentiary, and legal retention purposes and are then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

5. Your rights and deletion

Requests under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 can be sent with enough information to verify identity and authority. To disconnect a Meta or WhatsApp Business account and request deletion of locally held data, follow the public data deletion instructions.
